EMBED ALL FONTS [Note: TimesNewRomanPS fonts do not automatically embed, you have to tell Acrobat to do this! Using Acrobat: DO NOT use the Standard or Smallest File size Settings. Use Press Quality, Highest Print Quality, or the IEEE settings file (preferred). Third party PDF converters usually have font embedding features also. For easyPDF, check the Font tab of the printer properties and select Embed (subset). Fix other converters in a similar manner.]

Student Paper Competition

To be considered, a student must be the first author of the paper. The student's advisor should attach a statement that his/her contribution is primarily advisory. In addition, the "student paper submission" block should be checked on the submission site. A full paper will be required for the Student Paper Competition. Please see complete rules and guidelines for paper preparation here.
